Comprehensive Services
Strategic Initiative for Transformational Employment (SITE)
SITE supports Kentucky's workforce by helping individuals in recovery from substance use re-enter the job market. SITE’s Job Entry and Retention Support Specialists (JERSS) are dedicated to facilitating successful employment outcomes, focusing on benefits for both employers and recovering individuals.
Project REACH
EKCEP, Inc. has been awarded a $450,000 grant by the Kentucky Opioid Abatement Advisory Commission to support its efforts in facilitating recovery from substance abuse through employment. This grant funds Project REACH (Recovery Employment and Career Help), which offers a range of services, including career advising and financial aid to address barriers to employment. We provide support specialists to assist individuals in crafting a career plan and accessing employment opportunities.
Barrier Relief
The Barrier Relief Supportive Service Program offers recovery and support services to participants of the Behavioral Health Conditional Dismissal Program (BHCDP). Aimed at individuals facing behavioral health disorders and charged with qualifying offenses, the BHCDP provides a compassionate alternative to incarceration by offering treatment and recovery support services.
Floyd Co. Drug Court Enhancement Program
The Floyd County Drug Court Enhancement Program is a collaborative initiative aimed at combating substance abuse and improving the lives of individuals in Floyd County, Ky. The program offers comprehensive support services to drug court participants, including vocational training, skills assessments, and job placement assistance. Through individualized case management and access to resources, participants are empowered to overcome addiction, develop valuable skills, and secure meaningful employment.
Crisis Stabilization Community Reentry Grant (CSCR)
CSCR enhances reentry outcomes for women in the Substance Abuse Program at Hardin County Detention Center. Catering to the needs of an underserved demographic, we offer comprehensive clinical and recovery support services. CSCR focuses on establishing effective treatment pathways, suicide prevention, and ensuring continuity of recovery for individuals as they reintegrate into the community from correctional facilities.
