Join Our Team: Make an Impact in Recovery & Reentry!
Are you passionate about removing barriers to employment and supporting individuals on their journey to recovery? EKCEP is looking for a driven leader to join us as our Recovery and Reentry Assistant Director!
In this vital role, you’ll help manage operations, oversee grant implementation, and collaborate with local, state, and federal partners to build a stronger path to workforce success for those who need it most.
Position Highlights:
- Role: Recovery and Reentry Assistant Director
- Flexibility: Full-time & Remote Eligible (with ~30% travel required)
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent certification).
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience required (4–6 years in recovery/reentry preferred).
- Leadership: Strong skills to motivate and guide a dedicated team.
- Communication: Confident public speaking skills, with the ability to present clearly and effectively to groups, partners, and community stakeholders.
