Rebecca Miller Elected to NAWDP Board of Directors, Region 3

The Eastern Kentucky Concentrated Employment Program, Inc. (EKCEP) is thrilled to announce that its Executive Director, Rebecca Miller, has been elected to the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP) Board of Directors, representing Region 3. This significant achievement recognizes Miller’s extensive experience, dedication, and innovative leadership in workforce development.

Rebecca Miller’s election to the NAWDP Board of Directors is a testament to her unwavering commitment to serving rural communities and fostering economic growth through strategic workforce initiatives. With over 20 years of experience, Miller has been a driving force behind numerous successful programs at EKCEP, including the Prosper Appalachia youth initiative and the Recovery & Reentry division. Her vision for a dynamic and inclusive workforce development system has resonated deeply with stakeholders across Eastern Kentucky and beyond.

“I am deeply honored and humbled to have been elected to the NAWDP Board of Directors,” said Rebecca Miller. “This is not just a personal achievement but a recognition of the incredible work being done at EKCEP and the dedication of our team to empower individuals and communities in Eastern Kentucky. The election process, which ran from March 1st to March 30th, saw strong support for Miller from across Region 3. Her platform focused on key priorities such as:
