Strategic Initiative for Transformational Employment (SITE)

The SITE Program supports Kentuckians in recovery by providing job market reentry support. SITE’s Job Entry and Retention Support Specialists (JERSS) work closely with both individuals and employers to create sustainable employment outcomes. SITE also offers wage reimbursements and supportive services to ensure success for both workers and businesses.

Barrier Relief Program

The Barrier Relief Supportive Service Program offers recovery and employment support for participants in the Behavioral Health Conditional Dismissal Program (BHCDP). Designed as an alternative to incarceration, the program provides recovery support for individuals with behavioral health disorders, removing barriers like transportation, childcare, and housing.

Crisis Stabilization Community Reentry Grant (CSCR)

The CSCR Program focuses on enhancing reentry outcomes for women leaving the Substance Abuse Program at the Hardin County Detention Center. It provides clinical and recovery services while focusing on mental health, suicide prevention, and seamless recovery as individuals transition from correctional facilities back into the community.

Project REACH

Funded by a $450,000 grant from the Kentucky Opioid Abatement Advisory Commission, Project REACH provides career advising and financial aid to individuals in recovery. The program focuses on eliminating barriers to employment and helping participants develop personalized career plans to access meaningful job opportunities.

Floyd Co. Drug Court Enhancement Program

This program provides comprehensive support to participants in the Floyd County Drug Court, including vocational training, skills assessments, and job placement assistance. Through individualized case management, the program equips individuals with the skills they need to overcome addiction and secure employment, empowering them to lead productive lives.
