As EKCEP’s dedicated youth services initiative, Prosper Appalachia provides career development support for young adults aged 16-24 in Eastern Kentucky. We offer free services including paid work experiences, on-the-job training, and short-term training assistance. Using career assessment tools and Virtual Reality technology, we help you explore different career paths and discover your talents. Our team works with local employers to provide the support you need to start a career that matches your abilities.
EKCEP’s Kentucky Career Center network offers free, innovative workforce programs to jobseekers and employers across 23 Eastern Kentucky counties.
