Eastern Kentucky Concentrated Employment Program, Inc. (EKCEP) has been the premiere workforce development solution in Eastern Kentucky since 1968. We provide comprehensive services across 23 Appalachian counties, connecting individuals with sustainable careers and helping businesses grow through innovative solutions.
