EKCEP (Eastern Kentucky Concentrated Employment Program) is a workforce development organization serving 23 counties in Eastern Kentucky, offering employment, training, and business services.
What services does EKCEP provide?
We offer career counseling, job placement, on-the-job training, recovery and reentry programs, youth services, remote work programs, and support for individuals with disabilities.
Who can use EKCEP services?
EKCEP services are available to jobseekers, employers, and youth aged 16-24 living within our 23-county service area. Special services are available for veterans, individuals in recovery, and those with disabilities.
